Greetings, Friends and Loved Ones,
We have prayed and sought God's wisdom, and believe that we must be vigilant to help slow this Coronavirus down. To do our part in protecting both our congregation and community, we will be suspending in-person worship services until further notice. Every week, we will consider the news and hope that we can meet together again before too long.
Please stay tuned for news about a creative way to safely have a Christmas Eve Service and celebrate Jesus' birth.
Please notice that suspending "church" was not the terminology used. "WE" are the church wherever we are. We will pray, we will contact people by phone, text, email, etc. to cheer their spirits during this "social distancing," we will offer to help those who need groceries, prescriptions, a friend to talk to, or whatever.
We will press on, stay encouraged and keep working toward the future!
Philippians 3:14 (NLT)
I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us.
May we be Christ to the world! Wishing you peace that passes all understanding,
Pastor Melody
